Dr Duvel uses the Erbuim laser to remove layers of your skin’s surface, which will be replaced by younger skin growth. Your wrinkles will soften and become less noticeable; some fine lines will disappear. Pigmented lesions will greatly improve. Most skin areas can be treated. Popular areas are the face, neck, chest, and hands.

How long will it take to recover?
Your healing time will depend upon your actual treatment depth. You may experience erythema (redness) which may last several weeks. Healing time does vary among individuals.

Will it be uncomfortable?
Dr Duvel will discuss the pain management with you. This will vary from topical numbing cream to injectable anesthetic.

Is it painful?
We apply a numbing cream for 1 hour before the treatment. Most patients find the treatment very comfortable.
